Bezci Textile Industry Corporation. has sustained its experience and technology gained through an occupational accumulation of 50 years with its recent investment in the Hot-Melt Lamination plant. Technical textiles rapidly rushing to replace the classical textiles recently have aroused a great interest in Turkey as well as in the whole world. Lamination applications developed by combining both classical textiles with technical textile materials appear as the rising portion of supply-demand chain.

Designed with a view to performing especially technical applications in the light of these facts, the hot-melt lamination system has transformed the classical lamination process in whole world and stood out with its design allowing both environmental-friendly and technical applications and further with the positive results it yields in the process of manufacturing textiles free of any physical or textural deformation in the fabrics.

3 different types of manufacturing are performed in our Hot-Melt Lamination plant:

Fabrics of our customers are meticulously bonded to each other with Thermoplastics (CoPA, CoPES and EVA) and Reactive PU (Polyurethane) adhesives with minimum wastage. This process is performed in 2 different ways:

by employing Thermoplastic Adhesives: The heated thermoplastic adhesive is applied in between two fabrics by printing and the process is completed once the adhesive cools down. It is generally preferred for the price advantage it offers and time saving thanks to rapid bonding just after the manufacture. In this type of bonding that has strength in dry-cleaning process and washing at 40oC, generally thin and semi-thin woven, knitted and non-woven fabrics are preferred. This type of process meets generally soft and medium-tough tactile qualities expected from the fabric.

We manufacture this line of fabrics boasting noteworthy technical characteristics such as water-tightness, permeability, high washing strength and late combustion under the “BEX TECHNO FABRICS” name. This range of fabrics is manufactured by laminating special membranes on a single face or in between two fabrics with Reactive PU adhesives.


by employing Reactive Polyurethane (PU) Adhesives: This process is completed when the PU adhesives, applied by heating like the thermoplastic adhesives, get dry due to the ambient humidity after a particular period of time. They are generally employed to bond to each other the fabrics that hardly bind or that require high washing resistance, or to bond external materials such as film, membrane and non-woven to the fabric. This type of bonding is preferred especially for heavy, porous and silicone fabrics where the bonding power of thermoplastic adhesives falls short. Thanks to the high strength after lamination, it is resistant to finishing processes such as stone washing that may be applied after polar laminations to denim fabrics.
Another product we manufacture in our Hot-Melt lamination plant is the mattress protectors fabricated under the “BEX” brand. These products are developed by laminating watertight permeable membrane to cotton woven or knitted fabric. Laid on the bed underneath the mattress, the product protects the bed from any external contaminant, stain, humidity, liquid and physical deformation. In this way, your bed maintains its initial clean and fresh form. BEX keeps your bed clean at all times.
